Barton R. Ribakow is the President and founder of Arthur Diamond Associates, which is celebrating over 30 years of excellence in executive recruiting. Mr. Ribakow formed Arthur Diamond Associates in 1971 after graduation from Ohio State University. Since that time, he has developed the firm into a full-service recruitment and consulting firm, specializing in real estate, corporations, banking, financial institutions and non-profit organizations. Integrity, discretion and confidentiality are the ruling principles of Mr. Ribakow’s corporate mission. The firm’s success can be measured by the multitude of long-term client relationships that Arthur Diamond has formed over the years.

As an executive search consultant, he has extensive experience working with organizations to develop new divisions and recruit senior management. Arthur Diamond Associates assists clients with defining the appropriate job description, identifying suitable applicants, and establishing proper compensation packages for every type of senior position. Beth Gibbs

Beth Gibbs is the Senior Vice President of Arthur Diamond Associates. Since 1993, Ms. Gibbs has orchestrated multiple executive searches for senior level positions within the non-profit sector. Her vast experience in recruiting ranges from mid-level executive placements to successful searches for Executive Directors. Integrity, confidentiality and discretion are her highest priorities with all of our clients.

Arthur Diamond Associates’ specialization with non-profit organizations, professional associations and foundations can be attributed to Ms. Gibbs' contributions and unbending allegiance to clients within these arenas. She helps her clients devise an appropriate job description and identifies and locates superior candidates. She develops on-going relationships with her clients and helps them assess the specific requirements and goals of an association and a particular position. Ms. Gibbs strongly believes that an association’s culture, industry and member dynamics must be considered when searching for the ideal candidate. Her substantial knowledge and experience in executive recruiting enables her to provide clients with candidates who match the organization’s environment and future needs. She is accustomed to working with volunteer Boards of Directors and search committees to find the best possible candidate for the position.

Ms. Gibbs is a graduate of Boston University and taught English in Montgomery County, Maryland, for 10 years prior to joining Arthur Diamond Associates.
